What file types do you accept?
STL is best. We also accept OBJ and 3MF. If you're not sure, upload what you have and we'll let you know.
How long does printing take?
Most student orders are ready in 2–5 business days. Rush orders may be available — ask when you submit.
Can my parent pay online?
Online checkout is coming soon. For now, submit your order and we'll confirm the total — payment options will be added shortly.
Do you ship or is pickup only?
Both options are available. Local pickup is free; shipping cost depends on size and distance.
What if I don't know what to order?
Use Design helper — type exactly what you want (like "baby dragon"). AI creates that design with 3 variations. Customize size, color, pose, and details, then order. Use "Generate new variations" to reroll different versions of the same idea.
How do I pick a material and color?
Choose a product, then select from materials and colors marked in stock. Unavailable colors are grayed out — pick another or check back later.
